4 oz. smoked salmon .
4 oz. goat cheese
¼ cup plain yogurt
4 Nalley® Elites Chili Pepper Petite Pickles, chopped (1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons dill, fresh, minced
2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
½ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
toasted French bread or crackers
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth. Refrigerate until serving. Serve on toasted French bread or with crackers.
Makes 1 cup.
